Meditation Workshop
Saturday 10:30 am (1 hour)

• We will review step 11 and explore what meditation is and how to incorporate it in our daily lives.
• We will use simple techniques and meditate together followed by open sharing.
• We will continue the Meditation Workshop on Sunday morning at 7:30 am
